At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii AŞ. dated 27.03.2025, it was decided to assign Rasyonel Bağımsız Denetim ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the independent auditing company in the financial reports of our Company for the accounting period of January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 to be subject to independent auditing and to carry out other relevant activities in accordance with the principles determined in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Law and the Decree Law No. 660 and the secondary legislation in force in this context.
