Serhan ÇETİNSAYA

Serhan Çetinsaya was born in Istanbul in 1990. After completing his primary and secondary education in Istanbul, he continued his education in Switzerland. After completing his education at Institut auf dem Rosenberg, he went to South Florida. After studying for the first two years at Palm Beach State College, he transferred to Florida International University for Construction Management and Engineering.

Çetinsaya returned to Turkey on May 1, 2014, and after working on the Avrupa Konutları Kale project, he became the head of the Vadistanbul project. In addition to construction and architecture, he also contributed to the family company with investments in shopping malls, tourism and projects.

Serhan Çetinsaya, who is currently the project director responsible for all construction projects of Artaş İnşaat with the Avrupa Konutları brand, has gained significant experience in the shopping mall and retail sector. In 2016, he established a new brand under the name Workland Smart Solutions, which offers ready and virtual office rental opportunities. He also has tourism activities that he carries out in parallel with his family. He continues his tourism management in seven different hotels in Istanbul, Bodrum and Kayseri.

Serhan Çetinsaya also serves as the vice president responsible for investments, real estate operation and development on the BJK Board of Directors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Investors Association GYODER and the Shopping Centers and Investors Association AYD.

Serhan Çetinsaya, who is married and has two children, speaks English.
