At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Çelik Halat ve Tel Sanayii AŞ. held on June 25, 2024, it was resolved that Rasyonel Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting Joint Stock Company be appointed as the independent auditor for the financial reports and related activities for the fiscal year January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024. This decision was made in accordance with the principles set forth by the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Law, Decree Law No. 660, and the relevant secondary legislation in effect.
